I’M RACINE
BIRTH COACH, DOULA, AND EDUCATOR
I began my journey as a birth doula in 2020 after being fueled by a passion to support pregnant women in labor. During this time, I realized that while many people were looking forward to being new parents, there was still a significant lack of childbirth education which, in turn, translated to fears and anxiety about everything from the pregnancy process to the day that they would actually be “pushing out the baby”. After making these observations my focus changed. I then began to train and educate myself on mindset coaching during pregnancy, as well as postpartum, which eventually led to me becoming an Evidence Based Birth instructor. Now, my mission is to empower, educate, and change the mindset of soon-to-be parents just like you.

WHAT IS A BIRTH AND POSTPARTUM COACH?
A birth and postpartum coach is a trained and certified doula who supports expecting parents through the birth and postpartum process. The goal of the coach is to provide emotional support, physical support, mental support and client advocacy so that expecting parents feel comfortable and informed about every aspect of their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.
HOW ARE COACHING SESSIONS CONDUCTED?
Because we seek to provide you with a personalized and unique experience, coaching sessions are held in-person and through Zoom. Each session is designed to guide parents-to-be with tailored support and evidence-based education that aims to encourage a comprehensive understanding of childbirth and postpartum stages.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FREE DISCOVERY CALL?
Our obligation-free discovery calls provide an opportunity for us to have an initial conversation together and explore how our services can uniquely benefit you. These calls generally last around 30 minutes. We will assess your needs, discuss goals, and share how we can support you during your pregnancy and postpartum.
